Summary
This study looks at whether adding CurQD, a supplement made from curcumin and QingDai, helps people with active ulcerative colitis who are already taking Vedolizumab. Researchers will review medical records from 400 patients to see if adding CurQD helps them stay on Vedolizumab longer and feel better. The goal is to improve symptom control and treatment satisfaction.
