New CAR t cell therapy targets tough leukemia in early trial

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called ADCLEC.syn1 CAR T cells for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The main goal is to find the safest dose by monitoring side effects in small groups of participants. About 40 people will take part in this early-phase trial at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
