Summary
This study tests a new immune cell treatment called AdaptNK for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses specially grown natural killer cells from a donor to attack the leukemia, followed by a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can help achieve remission before the transplant.
