Summary
This small, early-stage study is testing a personalized approach to hormone therapy for men with advanced prostate cancer that still responds to hormone treatment. Instead of giving medication continuously, doctors will adjust the timing and dose based on each patient's PSA levels, aiming to control the cancer longer while potentially reducing side effects. The study is checking if this 'adaptive' method is feasible and safe for patients.
