Summary
This study is testing whether adjusting radiation treatment daily based on a patient's changing anatomy can reduce severe side effects like swallowing problems and dry mouth. It will involve 40 patients with head and neck cancer who are receiving radiotherapy with the goal of curing their disease. Researchers will check if this adaptive approach is practical and if it lowers the risk of these common toxicities.
