Could less radiation be just as effective for HPV throat cancer?

Summary

This study looks at whether giving a lower dose of radiation (and sometimes less chemotherapy) after surgery can still keep HPV-related throat cancer from coming back, while causing fewer side effects. About 111 adults who have had surgery for this cancer will take part. The goal is to maintain cancer control and improve quality of life.
