NCT ID NCT07178730
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This phase 3 trial tests a personalized approach for people with stage II or III triple-negative breast cancer. Participants first receive 12 weeks of standard chemo plus immunotherapy. Those with a good response continue the same treatment; those with a poor response are switched to a stronger drug combo (sacituzumab govitecan plus pembrolizumab). The goal is to see if this tailored strategy improves long-term survival and complete tumor disappearance before surgery. About 765 participants will be enrolled.
