Summary
This study follows 170 men with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer who choose to take apalutamide as part of their normal treatment. Researchers will track PSA levels and use questionnaires to measure fatigue, thinking skills, and quality of life over two years. The goal is to see how well the drug works in real-world settings, beyond the strict conditions of earlier trials.
