First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tested two acupuncture methods—manual acupuncture at distant points and electroacupuncture at local neck points—in 124 adults with sudden neck pain from cervical spondylosis. Participants received daily treatment for 10 days and did neck exercises. Both approaches reduced pain and improved neck movement, with no major side effects.
