Summary
This study tested whether acupuncture can reduce pain in people with long COVID. 82 adults with ongoing pain after a COVID infection were randomly assigned to receive either 8 acupuncture sessions plus usual care, or usual care alone. Researchers measured pain, enjoyment of life, and general activity over 5 months to see if acupuncture made a difference.
