Summary
This study looked at whether acupuncture can reduce pain in people with long COVID. 93 adults with ongoing pain after a COVID infection were randomly assigned to receive either 8 acupuncture sessions or their usual care. Researchers measured pain intensity and its impact on daily life over 5 months to see if acupuncture is a helpful addition to standard treatment.
