Summary
This small pilot study looked at whether acupuncture can reduce hot flashes and night sweats in men with prostate cancer who are on hormone therapy. Twelve patients took part to see if the treatment was acceptable and effective. The goal was to improve quality of life by easing these uncomfortable symptoms.
