Summary
This study tests whether acupuncture at a specific point (Yanglingquan) can quickly reduce pain from biliary colic (gallbladder pain) compared to standard drug therapy. About 248 adults with gallbladder inflammation and moderate to severe pain will be randomly assigned to receive acupuncture or medication. The goal is to see if acupuncture offers a safe, effective option for immediate pain relief.
