First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 07, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining thread embedding acupuncture with ear acupressure can improve sleep in people with non-organic insomnia. Seventy adults aged 40 to 75 will receive either personalized or standard treatment over 8 weeks. Researchers will also check if changes in sleep relate to gut and inflammation markers.
