Summary
This study tests a combination of thread embedding acupuncture and ear acupressure to help people aged 40-75 with chronic insomnia sleep better. Participants will receive treatments every few weeks and complete sleep questionnaires. The goal is to see if this traditional Chinese medicine approach improves sleep quality and reduces inflammation linked to poor sleep.
