Summary

This study tests whether a special type of acupressure—timed to the body's natural daily rhythms—can improve sleep in nursing home residents aged 60 and older. Eighty participants will receive either real or fake acupressure twice a day for four weeks. Researchers will measure sleep quality, anxiety, depression, and stress before and after the treatment.
