Summary
This study looked at whether nurses could reduce their own stress, anxiety, and burnout by pressing on specific points on their hand and wrist (acupressure) twice a day for two weeks. 160 nurses from a hospital in Taiwan took part. The results suggest that this simple self-care technique may help improve emotional well-being and resilience.
