Acu-TENS: a Needle-Free pain relief for miscarriage care?

Summary
This study tests if acu-TENS, a device that sends mild electrical pulses to acupuncture points on the skin, can reduce pain during a procedure to remove pregnancy tissue after a miscarriage. About 108 women will be randomly assigned to receive either real acu-TENS or a sham device. Researchers will measure pain levels, stress, and satisfaction to see if this simple, drug-free approach helps.
