Summary
This study tested a program that teaches people with chronic muscle and joint pain how to cope better using education, gentle movement, and mental strategies. 169 adults took part, comparing the program to usual care. The goal was to see if it reduces pain-related disability, fear of movement, and negative thinking about pain.
