Summary
This study tested whether watching videos of movements (action observation therapy) could improve balance, walking, and thinking skills in 46 children with diplegic cerebral palsy, compared to standard physical therapy. Children aged 5 to 11 who could follow instructions and walk participated. The goal was to see if this simple, low-cost approach could offer extra benefits beyond traditional exercises.
