Summary

This study tests whether a self-help version of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), delivered via smartphone, can reduce anxiety and depression in adults with cystic fibrosis. About 60 participants will use the toolkit and report their symptoms. The goal is to improve mental well-being and quality of life.
