Summary
This study tested a program based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for 64 caregivers of people with mental disorders. The program aimed to help caregivers build psychological resilience, manage stress better, and feel less burdened. Results showed that those who took part in the program improved compared to those who did not.
