Summary

This study tests if a type of talk therapy called acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) can help adults with sickle cell disease who have trouble sleeping. Participants meet with a coach over video for 8 weeks and wear a wrist device to track sleep. The goal is to see if the therapy is practical and helpful for improving sleep and quality of life.
