Summary

This study tests whether Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can help caregivers of children with RASopathies—a group of genetic conditions—manage parenting stress. About 70 adult caregivers will participate fully online, watching weekly videos and having coaching sessions over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if ACT improves coping and well-being.
