New study: can a therapy and app ease pain and opioid struggles?

Summary

This study tests if adding Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and a care management smartphone app can help people with opioid use disorder and chronic pain who are already taking buprenorphine. About 127 adults will be enrolled to see if these tools reduce pain interference and illicit opioid use. The goal is to improve daily life and support recovery.
