Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug, ACR-2316, in about 100 people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or come back. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for early signs that the drug shrinks tumors. Participants must have tried no more than three prior treatments and be in fairly good health.
