New hope for advanced tumors: first human trial of ACR-2316 begins

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called ACR-2316 in about 100 people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or come back. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for any early signs that the drug shrinks tumors. Participants must have had no more than 3 prior treatments and be well enough for daily activities.
