New cancer drug begins first human testing

Summary
This is the first human study of an experimental drug called ACR-2316 for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or returned. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check how the body processes the drug. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help shrink tumors in about 100 participants.
