First patients to test new cancer pill in groundbreaking safety trial

Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new oral drug called ACR-2316 for treating advanced solid tumors. It aims to find a safe and tolerable dose for patients whose cancer has progressed after prior treatments. The study will enroll about 100 people to closely monitor how the drug behaves in the body and look for early signs it might help control the cancer.
