Summary

This early-phase study tested a combination of two drugs, acalabrutinib and obinutuzumab, in 69 people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or related blood cancers. The goal was to see if the combination was safe and could shrink or eliminate cancer. Participants included those whose cancer had returned after prior treatment and those who had not yet been treated. The study focused on safety and early signs of effectiveness.
