New device aims to clear Hard-to-Treat heart blockages

Summary
This study tests a new catheter system (Acolyte) to help doctors open completely blocked heart arteries in people who still have symptoms despite medication. About 115 adults will take part. The goal is to see if the device safely helps guide wires through the blockage and improves blood flow.
