New device aims to clear Hard-to-Treat heart blockages

Summary
This study tests a new tool called the Acolyte Catheter System for people with completely blocked heart arteries (chronic total occlusions) who still have symptoms despite medication. The device helps doctors place guidewires and restore blood flow during a procedure. About 115 adults will take part to see if the system is safe and effective.
