First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether acoltremon eye drops can increase tear production in people with stage 1 neurotrophic keratopathy (a condition where the cornea loses sensation) and dry eye. About 50 adults will use the drops and have their tear levels measured. The goal is to see if the drops improve eye moisture and comfort.
