Summary
This study tests whether adding probiotics to the antibiotic azithromycin works better than azithromycin alone for treating mild to moderate acne. About 60 people with 20 to 50 acne lesions will be treated and their skin improvement measured. The goal is to see if the combination reduces acne more effectively.
