Face-Off: which acne scar treatment works best?

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to treat acne scars. It will compare three methods on 42 adults with atrophic scars: a standard procedure called subcision, subcision combined with a fractional CO₂ laser, and subcision combined with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections. The goal is to see which combination improves the appearance of scars the most and is safest for patients.
