Face-Off: which acne scar treatment works best?

NCT ID NCT07199608

Summary

This study aims to find the best way to treat depressed acne scars, which can affect a person's self-esteem and quality of life. Researchers will compare three approaches on 42 adult participants: a standard procedure called subcision, subcision combined with a special laser, and subcision combined with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections. The goal is to see which combination improves the appearance of scars the most and is safest for patients.
