NCT ID NCT07504822
First seen Apr 08, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests three gels for mild-to-moderate acne: a standard clindamycin-retinoid cream, the same cream plus dexamethasone, and a new gel made from stem cell secretions (secretome). 189 people aged 15-40 will use one of the gels for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure how much acne lesions shrink, skin quality changes, and any side effects.
