Summary
This study tests three gels for mild-to-moderate acne: a standard antibiotic-retinoid combo, the same plus a steroid, and a new gel made from stem-cell secretions. 189 people aged 15-40 will use one of the gels for 8 weeks. Researchers will count pimples, check skin quality, and watch for side effects to see which works best.
