Summary

This study looked at 30 adults who had ACL surgery 1 to 4 years earlier to see if muscle strength and mental readiness are linked when deciding to return to sports. Participants did strength tests on a special machine and filled out a questionnaire about their emotions and confidence. The goal was to understand what helps people get back to their sport safely.
