New ACL repair technique tested against standard surgery in 80 patients

Summary
This study compares standard ACL reconstruction surgery with a newer method that uses a special tape (TARS) to reinforce the repair. Researchers will enroll 80 adults aged 18-44 with a complete ACL tear. The goal is to see which approach provides better knee stability and function one year after surgery.
