Summary

This study compares two surgical methods for repairing a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in adults aged 18 to 44. One group gets standard ACL reconstruction using a hamstring tendon graft, while the other gets the same surgery plus a special tape (TARS) to strengthen the repair. The goal is to see which approach provides better knee stability and function one year after surgery.
