Summary
This study is testing whether a rehabilitation program without surgery can be an effective treatment for a torn ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) in the knee. It will involve 400 participants who have chosen rehab as their initial treatment. Researchers will track patients' pain, knee function, and daily activity levels to see how well they recover and how many eventually need surgery.
