Summary
This study compared two surgical methods for repairing a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in the knee. 42 patients received either a graft using only the semitendinosus tendon or a graft using both the semitendinosus and gracilis tendons. The goal was to see which method better preserves hamstring strength after surgery.
