First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a new screening test can accurately measure changes in Achilles tendon pain in runners over 40. Forty runners with Achilles tendinopathy will be randomly assigned to one of two home exercise programs for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the screening test is a valid way to track their progress compared to other standard measures.
