First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study aims to see if a movement screening test can accurately measure recovery in runners over 40 with Achilles tendinopathy. Forty runners will do a 12-week home exercise program, and researchers will compare the screening results to other clinical measures. The goal is to improve how we track healing and guide treatment for this common running injury.
