Summary
This study tests a liquid medication called ACE Reno, taken under the tongue four times a day for 12 weeks, in 300 adults with kidney damage from diabetes, high blood pressure, autoimmune diseases, or other causes. The goal is to see if it can reduce protein in the urine and help keep kidney function stable. Participants must already be on standard treatments like blood pressure or diabetes medications.
