Summary

This study tests an oral spray called ACE Reno in 300 adults with chronic kidney disease from diabetes, high blood pressure, or autoimmune conditions. The goal is to see if taking it four times daily for 12 weeks can reduce protein in the urine and help stabilize kidney function. Participants must already be on standard treatments like blood pressure or diabetes medications.
