Summary
This is the first human study of an experimental oral drug called ACC-1898 for adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and understand how the body processes the drug. Participants will take daily pills for up to two years while researchers monitor safety and look for early signs that the drug might help slow or shrink tumors.
