Summary
This study watches 50 adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who are starting acalabrutinib alone (no other cancer drugs) to see how long they stay on treatment and why they might stop. It aims to fill a knowledge gap by collecting real-world data on effectiveness and safety in Belarus. Participants must be 18 or older and have started acalabrutinib within the last four weeks.
