Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral medication called AC699 in people with advanced ER+/HER2- breast cancer that has progressed after standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose, understand how the body processes the drug, and look for early signs that it can shrink tumors. The study will enroll about 100 participants to gather this initial safety and effectiveness data.
