Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called ABSK131 in people with advanced solid tumors that have a missing MTAP gene. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow their growth. About 266 adults who have tried other treatments without success will take part.
