Summary
This early-phase study tests a new oral drug, ABSK131, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have lost the MTAP gene. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow their growth. About 266 participants will take the drug and be closely monitored.
